These are pictures of a salt kiln I built for University of Arkansas Little Rock during the summer of 2003

It is a 50 cubic high alumina hard andsoftbrick kiln with the bricks soaked in a Zirconium Silicate solution. Kiln is a modified Nils Lou design with an arch, ward forced air burners, double venturi chimney, and a stainless steel stack.

Door is steel construction with ceramic fiber and softbrick. Hinges are engineered heavy duty industrial type.
